Why haven't I received my payment?
Below are the main reasons for missing payments:

Payment details are missing or invalid.
We usually try to contact you if we notice a problem with your payment details, so it is important that you ensure your contact (email) details are always up to date.
Your earnings are below the payment threshold
Your current accumulated earnings may exceed the threshold, but unless they exceeded it at the end of the previous month, your payment will not be processed.
If you haven't received your payment, please follow these steps to check what may be the reason:

Have your earnings for the given month reached the minimum threshold?
To confirm your actual earnings for the previous month(s), simply log into the Affiliate Portal, and check the 'next payment round' in the dashboard or navigate to the Payment Report to check whether your earnings for the previous month(s) cross the minimum threshold.
Have you entered your bank/PayPal details?
If your payment details were provided too late, rest assured that your commission payment will roll over to the next month's commission, and we will attempt to process your accrued payment again in the next payment cycle.
Are your bank/PayPal details correct?
You can view your payment details in the Manager section of the Portal.
